Where are your products made?
All AduAmani pieces are handcrafted in Ghana by skilled artisans using upcycled and locally sourced materials.

What materials do you use?
We work with a mix of sustainable resources including cocoa sacks, woven smock fabric, cork, recycled plastics, handmade batik/dye fabrics  and leather offcuts.

Are your products sustainable?
Yes. Sustainability is at the core of AduAmani. We produce in small batches, use reclaimed materials, and prioritise ethical making.

 

 Orders & Delivery

Do you deliver internationally?
Yes, we offer worldwide delivery. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Processing takes 2–4 working days. Delivery within Ghana takes 3–5 working days. International delivery usually takes 7–14 working days depending on the destination.

Can I track my order?
Yes. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

 

 Product Care & Custom Orders

How should I care for my AduAmani product?
We recommend spot-cleaning your item gently with a damp cloth. Do not soak or machine wash. Each order comes with care instructions specific to the material used.

Do you accept custom orders?
We consider custom or private label projects on a case-by-case basis. Please email us at info@aduamani.com to enquire.

 

 Returns & Support

Do you offer refunds?

Yes. We offer refunds on unused items returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Refunds exclude delivery charges

How do I request an exchange?
Email us with your order number and reason for exchange at info@aduamani.com. We’ll provide return instructions and the delivery address.
